You retain ownership of Content you submit.
You grant CueCoins a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content as needed to provide the Services.
Processing
All financial transactions (tips, fees) are processed through third-party payment processors.
You agree to their terms and privacy policies.
Fees
CueCoins may collect service fees or commissions on Transactions.
Any fees will be disclosed at the time of the Transaction.
Refunds
Tips are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law.
CueCoins IP
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by CueCoins.
User Content
You grant us a license to use your Content, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any third-party material contained in your Content.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information.
By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueCoins will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CueCoins and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for other lawful reasons.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, under the rules of the Arbitration Act (Ontario).
We may modify these Terms at any time.
We will notify you of material changes through the Services or by email.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
